I am a Senior Citizen living very safely and comfortably at Priya’s VSR Paradise Apartment for the past 10 years. Thanks to our promoter Mr.V.S.Ramakrishnan for all the help and cooperation. Mention must be made about the construction, the ventilation, broad corridors and privacy. The staircase from ground floor to fifth floor has separate entrance with all safety measures. Even today the Promoter is helping us regarding any issues in our building. I wish him all the best in future endeavours.
I reside in California, USA. My sister, Yaggna Prabha also lives in the same VSR Paradise Apartment. Mr. V.S. Ramakrishnan assured me he would take care of everything. He went above and beyond his word. All the documents were professionally prepared before I went to India to record the purchase. There are no words to complement Mr. V.S. I have also purchased 2 villas and also have entrusted them for additional construction in the first floor in both the villas.
Since the start of the project, Mr. Ramakrishnan has been extremely transparent and helpful. Our apartment constructed by Priya Constructions has been built extremely well and we have not had any problems for the last 10 years. Priya Constructions has always answered our queries and helped our apartment association even after handing over the flats. I'm glad we bought this apartment.
